Mission, Vision, Values

Mission

To reflect God's love for the developmentally disabled and their families by providing a community that nurtures spiritual, emotional, and physical growth for all those we are privileged to serve.

Vision

Recognizing their unique abilities, we will meet the social and emotional needs of each individual served by Developmental Enrichment Centers through both center and home based services; with a plan to expand services to include a comprehensive enrichment center offering residential services, graduated levels for medically fragile individuals, in-house therapy, job skills training, and job placement services.

Values

DEC is committed to encouraging all our employees to develop within themselves and exhibit on a daily basis, a set of core values.
