PROGRAM MANAGER
The Program Manager is responsible to oversee all aspects of the adult and children’s day program operations by providing leadership and management to achieve the mission and ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and Developmental Enrichment Centers policies and procedures.  
 
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with a major in education, social sciences, or a closely related field and (5) years of professional experience coordinating, planning and implementing residential and/or community programs for developmentally disabled population including supervisor or management experience.  Must be capable of managing multiple operational and developmental projects, functions, and activities simultaneously. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, conflict resolution and mediation skills.  Must have the ability to effectively write reports and business correspondence. 
 
HR/PAYROLL CLERK
Performs administrative duties in support of the maintenance of employee records, including personnel status updates, terminations, and new hires; assists in the collection of employee information for reports and statistical research; enters employee data into DEC company record keeping system.  Review employee bi-monthly timesheet for potential discrepancies and process into Quickbook system for payment.   
 
Minimum Qualifications:
An Associate degree in communications, marketing, public relations, business, or other related field from an accredited college, university or the equivalent of 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.  Must be capable of managing multiple operational and developmental projects, functions, and activities simultaneously.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, conflict resolution and mediation skills.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Administrative Assistant provides office and program clerical services to support the overall program design.  Responsibilites may include word processing, data entry, answering multi-line phones, and file maintenance.  Also assists with development and execution of all promotional materials; maintaining corporate web site; and assisting with marketing/promotional events as needed.  Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.  
 
Minimum Qualifications:
An associates degree in business or related field.  Must have at least two years experience working in a professional office environment and be able to communicate effectively and professionally in English, both orally and written.
 
 
DSP RESPITE PROVIDER
Provide short-term care to relieve the un-paid caregiver.  This service includes supervision of the individual while meeting their social, emotional, and physical needs.  Services provided may consist of assistance with prescribed medications, providing necessary first aide, meal preparation, and transportation support.  This is a part-time postion with a flexible work schedule.  Respite Care Providers report directly to the ICP/HCBS Coordinator. 
 
Direct Support Provider: In-Home Habilitation
Habilitation is a provision of intervention that supports developmental skills, behavior intervention, and sensory motor development, and is designed to maximize the functional skills of the individual served.  This is a part-time position with a flexible work schedule.  Habilitation Providers report directly to the ICP/HCBS Coordinator. 
 
Direct Support Provider: In-Home Attendant Care
The Attendant Care Provider is responsible for assisting the individual client to attain or maintain safe and sanitary living conditions and/or maintain personal cleanliness, and activities of daily living.  Services may be delivered on a daily or weekly basis dependant upon the needs of the individual and their family.  This is a part-time position with a flexible work schedule.  Attendant Care Providers report directly to the ICP/HCBS Coordinator.
